One of the greatest challenges in the transition process is handling the tricky dichotomies of the corporate setting. The need for students to blend into a new environment, while demonstrating unique talents and standing out among peers can be very demanding. And, the need to work efficiently and effectively while contributing to the team aggravates the stress.
